The 3-layer gusset in Pavone underwear is specially designed for maximum comfort, protection and wearability. Thanks to this innovative construction, you enjoy a secure and comfortable feeling all day long.

The top layer is made of 95% pure bamboo fleece. This material feels silky soft, absorbs moisture quickly and stays dry to the touch. Bamboo is also naturally hypoallergenic, making it ideal for sensitive skin and helping to prevent irritation.

The middle layer is made of bamboo terry fabric and acts as an additional absorbent layer. It enhances moisture absorption, helping you stay fresh and comfortable for longer.

The bottom layer is an ultra-thin moisture-repellent polyurethane membrane. This waterproof layer is firmly bonded to the bamboo terry fabric and provides reliable leak protection without compromising comfort or flexibility.

The gusset is first produced separately and then carefully sewn into the bamboo jersey underwear once the garment is cut. This ensures a clean, invisible finish in exactly the same colour as the underwear, keeping the protection discreetly integrated into the design.

For extra comfort, Pavone briefs feature tear-off labels. These removable labels prevent the irritation and chafing often caused by traditional tags, making the underwear even more comfortable to wear.
