SHIPPING COSTS

When buying in the Pavone webshop you get free shipping in Europe with a minimum order of €75,-. An order under €75,- has a shipping price of €4,95 for a letterbox package and €6,95 for a parcel. The system automatically chooses a parcel from 6 items or more. Do you not live within Europe? Look below in the overview of shipping costs. All packages are shipped from the Netherlands.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

Once you have placed your order, the package will be delivered by PostNL within 3 working days. Not at home? All packages up to 5 pieces fit through the mailbox and all packages from 6 pieces are offered by PostNL. Once your package is sent, you will receive a track and trace code so you can track your package.

We always do our best to deliver your order complete and on time, but we at Pavone Lingerie mainly work with (real) people. Therefore, if something is missing or something else is wrong with your order, please contact us by mail within 7 days after delivery, we will always work it out together.

• Copy of proof of purchase or order number
• Photo on which the problem is visible
• Short explanation of the missing/defective product

It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to process a return.
