Pavone Lingerie has designed special sports underwear to address this issue. The leak-proof bamboo underwear absorbs up to 50 ml of urine, sweat, or menstrual flow, allowing women to move freely and confidently.
The unique gusset is made of three layers of 95% pure bamboo viscose. The top layer is bamboo fleece, soft as silk and immediately absorbent. The middle layer is bamboo terry for extra moisture absorption, and the bottom layer is ultra-thin and water-repellent to prevent leaks. This invisible, functional gusset is integrated into all models.
