Pavone's bamboo women's underwear features absorbent and breathable 3-layer protection made of 95% soft bamboo. This material is hypoallergenic, protective, and offers a comfortable and luxurious alternative to panty liners or sanitary pads.

The Maxi Giorgia is especially appreciated by women with lichen sclerosus, vulvar cancer, eczema, light urinary incontinence, vulvodynia, vulvar lichen planus, and other chronic vulvar skin conditions.

The Maxi Giorgia combines comfort with a refined fit. The model has narrow 3-layer protection and a high cut at the upper thighs, making it light and pleasant to wear. The lace is stitched onto the bamboo fabric, so it does not sit directly on the skin and feels extra comfortable.

Washing instructions

Wash your underwear before first use. Wash at 40°C (maximum 60°C) with a low spin speed of maximum 800 rpm, using a mild liquid detergent for delicates, such as Soak Scentless detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and wool detergent; natural vinegar is a gentle alternative to fabric softener. Hand washing is fine too: let your underwear soak briefly in lukewarm water and rinse it gently. Air dry your underwear and do not put it in the dryer. Shipping and exchanges

Orders are processed within three working days. For purchases of €150 or more, no shipping costs are charged worldwide. Doesn't fit quite right? Within 14 days you can return your item or exchange it for a different size or a different model. Exchanges are completely free for customers in the Netherlands, both the return shipment and the shipping of your new item. Do you live outside the Netherlands? Then we don't charge you for shipping your new item, but the cost of the return shipment is yours to cover. Request your exchange or return using our return and exchange form or via your customer account and use the included reusable shipping packaging; once we've checked your return, you'll receive a refund. Please note: returns and exchanges are only possible if the item is unworn and unwashed, the labels are still attached and the hygiene strip has not been removed.
