SHIPPING COSTS
At Pavone Lingerie, your order is delivered free of charge worldwide on orders of €150 or more. For orders below this amount, the following delivery charges apply:
- €3.95 for a letterbox package within the Netherlands
- €5.95 for a standard package within the Netherlands
- €6.95 for shipping within Europe
- €9.95 for shipping outside Europe
Orders of 4 items or more are automatically shipped as a package.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
Pavone Lingerie BV is located in the Netherlands. After placing your order, your Pavone items will be carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.
Your order will be delivered within 2–4 business days via PostNL. Orders of up to 3 items will be shipped as a letterbox package whenever possible. Orders of 4 or more items will be shipped as a package.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email so you can easily track your order.
SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
We also deliver your Pavone order with care outside the Netherlands. We ship daily to various countries within Europe via PostNL.
Shipping within Europe is free for orders of €150 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking code, which allows you to easily track your delivery.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE
Pavone Lingerie is available worldwide. We ship daily to destinations outside Europe, including the United States.
Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more outside Europe. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €9.95 per package.
Please note that when shipping to countries outside the European Union, such as the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be the responsibility of the recipient.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow the progress of your Pavone order.
