Received your order but something is not right or not quite as you expected? That can happen.

You may return anything purchased from www.pavonelingerie.com within 14 days of receipt. Fill out the return form and send your package back to us.

Discounted items may only be exchanged, we do not accept items from the sale as returns.

WHEN CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

Of course you have 14 days from delivery to consider a return. We do not take back items that have been worn, damaged by improper use, items where the labels have been removed, washed items or items that are returned more than 14 days after receipt.

Please find below an explanation of our returns process.

Returning a product is easy but not free, please request the return form at [email protected]. Always give your order number with the return package. We ask you to use the recyclable shipping bag in which the Pavone items are sent, which is good for the environment. Our environmentally friendly bags have a convenient return seal. 

Please note: Pavone Lingerie is not responsible for lost, late or damaged returns.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reach your account. The credited amounts are processed through our payment system Mollie. 

CANCELING/CHANGING AN ORDER

We work with a semi-automated system so we cannot change or cancel orders placed in the system. However, the Pavone care team can make sure that your order is changed manually. Mail or call us! ([email protected] or 0031 (0)85-1303231)

DAMAGED ITEMS

Was there a damaged item in your order, or did something break within 2 months? Annoying when something like that happens! We would like to investigate the problem and try to find a solution together with you.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  1. A copy of your proof of purchase or order number;
  2. A picture where the damage or defect is clearly visible;
  3. A brief description of the defect; (and how it happened, if necessary)

We will then assess the defect. If we agree to repair or exchange you will receive a personal message from us. Send your item(s) to us and if all goes well you can expect your Pavone items back within a few days.

GUARANTEE

We strongly believe in our products, so you will receive a two-month warranty when you purchase all Pavone items. This guarantee starts on the day of purchase. Always keep a (copy of) your order number as proof of warranty! If you cannot find both, then we can surely help you further.
