How do you measure your size?
Bust
Measure the full circumference of your bust while wearing a bra without padding.
Waist
Measure at the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the measuring tape comfortable, not too tight.
Hip
Measure around the widest part of your hips for the correct hip circumference.

The Pavone Ella Top is made from 95% pure bamboo and feels exceptionally soft on the skin. Thanks to the natural properties of bamboo, the fabric regulates temperature: warming on cold days and cooling when it is warm. This makes the top comfortable to wear all year round.
The Ella Top has a refined, feminine look and is finished with elegant lace and subtle gold accents. The comfortable fit makes the top suitable to wear as lingerie or as a base layer under clothing.
The Ella Top is available in sizes S to 3XL and fits true to size. The fit is based on the body shape of Dutch women. If you are unsure about the right size, feel free to contact Pavone's Customer Care Team for personal sizing advice.
Washing instructions
Wash your top before first use. Wash at 40°C (maximum 60°C) with a low spin speed of maximum 800 rpm, using a mild liquid detergent for delicates, such as Soak Scentless detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and wool detergent; natural vinegar is a gentle alternative to fabric softener. Hand washing is fine too: let your top soak briefly in lukewarm water and rinse it gently. Air dry your top and do not put it in the dryer. You can find more tips in our washing instructions.
Shipping and exchanges
Orders are processed within three working days. For purchases of €150 or more, no shipping costs are charged worldwide. Doesn't fit quite right? Within 14 days you can return your item or exchange it for a different size or a different model. Exchanges are completely free for customers in the Netherlands, both the return shipment and the shipping of your new item. Do you live outside the Netherlands? Then we don't charge you for shipping your new item, but the cost of the return shipment is yours to cover. Request your exchange or return using our return and exchange form or via your customer account and use the included reusable shipping packaging; once we've checked your return, you'll receive a refund. Please note: returns and exchanges are only possible if the item is unworn and unwashed, the labels are still attached and the hygiene strip has not been removed.
